USVI MARRIAGE LICENSE – QUICK CHECKLIST
1. Apply online:
Go to the USVI Superior Court marriage license page → choose E-filing → VI Superior Court
2. Submit info:
Enter both partners’ details (SSNs + any divorce/death documents) and pay the fee.
3. Request documents:
After 1–2 weeks, email family-stt@vicourts.org to have your approved documents emailed to you.
4. Click Book Now and Get married with St Thomas Weddings:
Have your ceremony with our court registered St Thomas Wedding Officiants.
5. Return the license:
Send the signed license back to the Court —We will also happily complete this step for you, and mail your documents
